Product features:
1. Generally, the sterilization filter adopts the cross hanging type, which is in and out horizontally. Multi core filter can be designed as floor type.
2. Some use occasions are divided into pre filter and fine filter according to actual needs.
3. Air flow direction: from the outside to the inside through the filter element.
4. The compressed air entering the sterilization filter must pass through at least three stages of precision filter and dryer. For oil removal, water removal and dust removal, the oil mist concentration shall be ≤ 0.01ppm, otherwise the service life of the filter element will be affected and the expected sterilization effect will not be achieved.
5. Regular sterilization, according to the actual use situation, 1-2 times a week or a month, each time for 30 minutes, using clean saturated steam with 1 μ filtering accuracy for sterilization. Steam temperature < 140 ℃, steam pressure < 0.3MPa. Slowly open and close the valve.
6. When used as the respirator of tank and equipment, its function is mainly to connect the atmosphere to prevent the negative pressure inside the equipment and isolate the pollution source in the air. The function of filtration is not very good, so there is basically no requirement for filtration.
