design principle：

The self-cleaning filter (scraper type self-cleaning filter) can automatically remove the particle impurities on the surface of the filter screen through efficient mechanical scraping, and automatically discharge the high concentration impurities in the machine through time / pressure difference control.

It can be continuously filtered on-line by a single machine without any filtering consumables and frequent manual cleaning. It is suitable for general and high viscosity liquid filtration.

When the traditional manual filter is used to filter the viscous material and the material with high content of sundries, it is often blocked. Customers are forced to choose large filter or carry out frequent back washing, which is characterized by large investment, heavy work and serious waste of materials.

The self-cleaning filter can easily solve this kind of problem, keep the filter element clean regularly all the time, discharge the waste liquid with high impurity concentration and small material waste.

The self-cleaning filter is gradually replacing the traditional manual filter in many fields, such as vibrating screen, bag filter, basket filter and some backwash self-cleaning filters, with its significant technical advantages and low operation cost.

Operation mode: driven by the reduction motor, the scraper close to the screen surface rotates to scrape off the impurities on the screen surface. The impurities leave the screen surface and fall into the impurities collection cavity at the bottom of the filter along with the downward liquid. The drain valve opens

according to the set procedure to discharge the impurities.
