
design principle:
When the filter element is blocked, the unique backwash rotating arm will backwash the filter element group by group, and automatically clean the filter element through differential pressure control and timing control. When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to the set value, or the timer reaches the preset time,
the control system sends a signal to drive the backwash mechanism. When the backwashing suction cup mouth is aligned with the filter element inlet, the blowdown valve is opened. At this time, the system pressure relief and drainage, a negative pressure area with relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears on the suction cup and the inner side of the filter element, forcing part of
the clean circulating water to flow into the inner side of the filter element from the outer side of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the suction cup with water and are discharged from the blowdown valve. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the motor stops running and
the electric drain valve is closed. In the whole process, the material flow is not cut off, the water consumption of backwashing is small, and the continuous and automatic production (PLC or DCS control) is realized.
The backwash filter has the outstanding advantages different from the ordinary mesh self-cleaning filter. It adopts the extremely solid and durable wedge-shaped mesh filter element. The surface gap width is uniform, the single machine has a large filtration area, and it can filter fine with low surface flow rate. The single machine has a large flow rate of 3000m3 / h, which is highly reliable, It can be used for any worse water quality,
such as oily muddy impurities, soft viscous impurities, high impurity content, a small amount of hair and fiber impurities.
Backwash filter (also known as full-automatic backwash filter) is composed of shell, filter element, reducer, transmission shaft, flushing wall, electric control box, differential pressure sensor and blowdown valve, which is suitable for filtration of fluid particles with high flow and low viscosity. The liquid enters the filter element through the hole of the lower fixed plate. During the flow from the inside to the outside, impurities are trapped
in the inner side of the filter element. With the increase of impurities, the internal and external pressure difference increases
When the pressure difference reaches the set value (or the time reaches the set value), the pressure difference sensor sends out a command to start the automatic backwashing process.
Filtration process: in the process of liquid flowing from the inner side (pollution side) to the outer side (cleaning side) of filter element, solid particles are trapped in the inner side of filter element. With the increase of pollutants, the pressure difference between the pollution side and the cleaning side of filter increases gradually. When the pressure difference reaches the set value (the set value can be the empirical value or the commissioning value),
the filter starts the automatic backwashing process.
Backwashing process: when the set pressure difference or time is reached, the reduction motor drives the washing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft, and the infrared positioning switch controls the rotation angle of the washing arm to align it with the cleaned filter screen. Under the effect of the pressure difference, the cleaning side fluid flows from the outside of the cleaned filter screen to the inside for backwashing, and the pollutants
accumulated in the inside of the filter screen are washed away and discharged When the sewage outlet is discharged, the blowdown valve will close automatically. After the backwashing process of the filter screen is completed, the speed reduction motor will drive the washing arm to rotate again, backwash the next filter screen (Group), open the blowdown valve again, and so on.
